NAVIS ONE Yacht Description
NAVIS ONE's striking design, a large interior volume, and a huge drop-down swim platform, make her an ideal platform for leisurely cruising and exploration. After her build -to MCA and commercial compliance (RINA)- was completed in 2018, she had been used privately. A comprehensive refit finalised July 2022, brought her up to luxury charter standards, overhauled all machinery and systems and lightened her interior.
NAVIS ONE accommodates up to 14 guests in 5 staterooms including a main-deck Owner’s suite featuring a walk-in wardrobe and private office, two VIP suites with an additional sofa bed each, and two twin suites with a Pullman each.
NAVIS ONE has all new (July 2022) water toys and two tenders.

Presented by DMA Yachting, the astonishing charter yacht NAVIS ONE is a 152 ft motor yacht featuring a hot tub. The most attractive features of NAVIS ONE are her elegant profile and alfresco dining areas. NAVIS ONE spends the summer and winter season in Thailand. She was constructed by the ship builder Solas in 2018. A comprehensive refit was delivered in 2022. The expansive yacht layout features 5 generous cabins and comfortably accommodates a group of 10 guests.
NAVIS ONE is classified as a superyacht. The key part of the yacht, inviting aft deck, elegantly connects to the well-equipped and inviting main saloon. The main saloon is a comfortable space to spend time when the weather is not ideal and offers a range of entertainment options. 5 tasteful cabins are thoughtfully spread out for maximum privacy and comfort.
The motor yacht features There is a Touch and Go Helipad but Captain and crew of NAVIS ONE have not yet completed the required training engines .

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like NAVIS ONE, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price ($45,000 - $72,000), making the charter cost $225,000 to $252,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
